French countryside cooking...
I joined a cooking class today. There's a very tasty small restaurant in Uenohara-city, named "Yume (=dream) kitchen". The owner of that restaurant taught us how to make some French countryside dishes serving there. We made "gnocchi with blue-cheese cream", "ratatouille" and "grilled chicken with mustard sauce". The owner, Osada-san, brought their fresh organic herbs and we had them as salad. They all were SOOOO DELICIOUS!
